DESCRIPTION: NeoSeal® N-503 CRACK FILLER PASTE is a single component, white, fibre reinforced, high performance acrylic emulsion polymer based, waterproof putty for interior and exterior building walls. It is ready to use putty for filling the cracks of interior or exterior plastered surfaces of the building. It has excellent bonding strength, good flexibility, water resistance, white/cream aesthetic appearance & durability. AREA OF APPLICATION:  Any interior and exterior plastered brick masonry walls, roofs, chhajjas with cracks up to 5 mm width.  For waterproofing and sealing of various cracks up to 5 mm width prior to paining or waterproofing.

Surface Preparation:  Surface must be prepared thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles using wire brush and/or water pressure jet.  Smaller cracks should be widen using scrapper or appropriate tools up to 2 mm.  For repairing the old filled cracks, remove the old filled material from the crack (POP, painter’s putty etc.) till paster surface. 2. Application:  Moist the surface before applying NeoSeal® N-503 CRACK FILLER PASTE.  Apply the NeoSeal® N-503 Crack Filler Paste on the cracks; press it properly to fill the cracks using spatula or putty knife and level it with the surface.  Make sure cracks filled properly without any cavities or air bubbles. Allow it to dry for 2-3 hours then apply another coat of Crack Filler Paste to fill the gap properly. Once it is fully dry POP or painter’s putty can be applied. 3. Precaution:  Do not use for the cracks > 5 mm wide.  Not recommended for the cracks in structural members, expansion joints & separation gaps.  Do not apply during raining or extreme temperatures. Ideal application temp. between 10°C to 45°C.  Don’t use for cracks in POP or painter’s putty.  Container should be tightly closed after application.  Allow Crack Filler Paste to dry for 7-8 hours before applying POP or painting. COVERAGE: 25 – 30 running meter / Kg (for a depth and width of 5 mm). PACKAGING SIZE: 500 gm., 1 Kg. & 5 Kg.
